We tackled this challenge at the National University of Singapore with an intimate team of Entrepreneurship club executives. The techniques we used are as follows:
- Reframing the challenge
- Flipping the challenge
- Tackling the challenge from the points of view of random stakeholders
- Creating mock partnerships with global companies to see how this would affect decision making
At the end, the students were satisfied with the 200+ ideas generated, and the next steps included categorizing the ideas to find the ideal ones to test.
